KTC Digital is proud to announce the launch of a movie review blog called ScareTissue! ScareTissue (http://www.scaretissue.com) is a blog by two friends who met in college and wanted a place where they could review some of their favorite (and not so favorite) horror movies.
As ScareTissue is a side project for both founders, project cost was a large consideration. We built the new site on the content management system (CMS) WordPress which allows multiple authors to add content to the site with little or no programming knowledge necessary.
Features of the new ScareTissue.com website include:
- Customized content management system (CMS)
- Search engine optimized (SEO) pages for increased search engine visibility
- Facebook and Twitter integration on every page of the website
- Integrated analytics to track the visitor actions
- Google Adsense integration to generate revenue
- Migration of relevant content from other websites owned by the client
Since the site’s launch of ScareTissue.com, they’ve added several other contributors who are blogging for the website. Additionally, they have been receiving requests from independent film makers to review films. This has led to main stream mentions of ScareTissue and they’ve even had their reviews quoted in movie trailers and on official movie posters!
In addition to the website design and development, the guys at ScareTissue hosted their new site with KTC Digital as well. We are thrilled to be able to provide a platform for such passionate bloggers as they do something they truly love to do.
